FEE FOR SERVICE
  • This enrolment form is for prospective students who are enrolling into a training program for a qualification that will be provided by Traxion Training under a full fee for service (FFS) training arrangement.

    All applications for enrolment must contain the following supporting evidence in COLOUR, CAN BE CLEARLY READ and CURRENT (within expiry dates). Please check all supplied with this enrolment form:

    Effective 1 January 2015 you must have a USI before your qualification can be issued. You can obtain your USI from: www.usi.gov.au and you will need ID such as your driver’s licence or Medicare card to obtain your USI.

    The following outlines the fee for service (FFS) cost. A non-refundable of $100.00 will be charged for all FFS application. If credit transfer is required, a flat rate of $100.00 administration fee will also be applied.

    Please ensure that you wait to receive an invoice from Traxion Training before making an internet transfer. Please use your invoice number (eg: aX12456) as your reference to ensure correct and timely allocation of your payment. You will receive a receipt to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a paid receipt within 2 weeks of your payment, please contact our office, as your payment may not have been able to be receipted and this will cause delays in the commencement of your enrolment.

    Payment Terms
    Fees and charges for your training program will be invoiced upon enrolment and are to be paid prior to commencement, unless alternative payment arrangements have been made directly with you or your employer.

    Payment Plan Policy
    Payment plans are available via our third-party provider Debit Success and details of your payment dates and fees they may impose is provided in our Direct Debit application form.

    Your Learning
    To ensure you are ready to commence and are completely comfortable with the journey you are about to embark on, your Student Support Officer or/and Trainer will spend time with you, either individually or in a group to induct and orient you to the program. You will also receive information about how to commence your course. This is your chance to ask questions, to work with the trainer/assessor to identify specific needs you may have and to customise the program to your learning needs.
    Direct email support from your trainer is also available, however, some trainers are part-time and not available everyday – they will confirm their availability and response times during your induction session, and you may contact our Student Support services outside this availability by calling 07 3038 3184.

    RPL Delivery:
    We offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services so that you can obtain certification through recognition of your existing skills. RPL allows you to fast track your qualification and start reaping the benefits from your education sooner! The delivery mode is external based and a RPL kit will be forwarded to you via email/electronically to complete. You will have the support of our Academic Support Team to assist in collating your evidence and a trainer will provide support to you via phone and email. Please note that we currently do not offer gap training and students will be referred to other Recognised Training Organisations for further or gap training.
    It is a requirement of RPL assessment enrolment that all evidence be provided within 90 days of the completion of your competency conversation with your trainer, or cancellation of enrolment may apply. Where training is suspended, a $250 re-enrolment fee will occur.

    Fees and Refund Policy
    Traxion Training is entitled to charge fees for services provided to students undertaking training and assessment. These charges are generally for items such as course materials, textbooks, The Academic Support Team and training and assessment services.

    Training Management t/a Traxion Training will maintain a tuition assurance scheme to safeguard students in the event of it becoming insolvent and unable to return fees that have been paid in advance. The tuition assurance scheme will source similar training to allow the effected participants under this condition to complete their studies without further financial burden. However, if the student cannot be placed, the tuition assurance will make refunds.

    Unpaid Fees
    All invoices issued by Traxion Training are to be paid within the timeframes stipulated above. Traxion Training reserves the right to take whatever action is required including, discontinuing programs, institute legal proceedings, etc. to safeguard its interests and applicable costs may be incurred.

    Extenuating Circumstances
    If the student can demonstrate that extenuating or significant personal circumstances led to their withdrawal, refund approval is at the discretion of the General Manager. In these cases, the student may be offered a full refund or a credit towards the tuition fee in another scheduled program in‐lieu of a refund (dependent on the time and resources allocated to the student prior to withdrawal request).

    Privacy Policy

    Consent to Release Information
    I give consent to allowing Traxion Training to talk to my previous Education Provider/s and Employer/s to access my student and training records for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of my previous experiences , qualifications and achievements.
