The Traxion training team was great with all aspects, their communication was great and all staff were polite. Vasantha was my trainer and assessor, she was great. She was clear and concise with what she wanted from me, she was interested in who I was and why I wanted to better myself with this diploma and that made the experience much more enjoyable and personalised. I can’t recommend both Traxion and Vasantha highly enough.

I never felt overwhelmed, and the self-paced format allowed me to balance studies with personal responsibilities.

One standout feature was the support system. Tyler gave me an incredible idea and a formal of my course that how it gonna be starts and ends. He did an incredible help throughout my journey. He was always available to answer questions, provide guidance and queries , and ensure I had the resources I needed to succeed. His proactive and friendly approach made a huge difference, and I always felt supported.
when i think about a phonecall with Louise( MyTrainer), i had a really great conversation about the early childhood experienc with her. She was so polite and friendly.
