Traxion Training provided an incredibly fast RPL process with very VERY friendly and excitable staff. My assessor Vasantha offered prompt communication allowing me to finish my competency call within two weeks. She also guided me through the process I would've otherwise struggled to understand, making it quite simple. Given my circumstances (moved cities, lack of access to reliable internet) it was quite difficult to gather the necessary documents, but thanks to Vasantha's prodding and quick communication, I had the motivation to pull through in good time 🙂 (Diploma of School Aged Education and Care)

Vasantha was very helpful and engaging with me, she took her time to help me and understand each unit I am covering and when I asked a question or answered one she added more on to it for me to understand it more in depth. Vasantha was fast and efficient collecting all my documents I needed and help me through what I needed for my diploma.

Vasantha, was such a kind hearted lady who went above and beyond for me whilst completing my Diploma. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect Trainer and Assessor.
